I don't know if it is unique inspiration or just the fact that I went to sleep really late and then unexpectedly woken up really early. Yesterday the water for the entire apartment complex was off all day. This morning, Mike woke me up to tell me the water heater had hot water flowing from its top making our garage into a low cost hot tub and sauna. Nothing important to us was damaged. Now I just have to wait a few hours for maintenance to go purchase a new water heater and install it. (For the record, the water heater pictured isn't ours...you don't want to see that.)
